Kelbec Civils Ltd was engaged to construct an additional parking area for 190 vehicles to service the recently refurbished Moulton Leisure Centre, formerly the Chris Moody Rehabilitation Centre.
The work involved the construction of a new SUDS car park on a greenfield site together with associated fencing, streetlighting, CCTV and electric vehicle charging points. New footpaths to link the new car park to the existing building were also introduced. Following completion of the civil engineering work, soft landscaping with new trees was carried out by Whiting Landscape.
Vehicular and pedestrian access to the building and existing car park was maintained throughout the project.
